In response to the call of the Access Control market, Impro Technologies has designed and manufactured the Multi-Scan IV System, a fully functional 4-door access control unit. It is the ultimate as a standalone system being either totally manually programmable or when linked to a host PC, it gives the user full screen Windows editing features. Impro’s world class passive transponder proximity tags are used to allow or deny access with the Controllers applying different levels of access to each tag. Ideal for sites such as parking garages, apartment blocks, small offices, factory complexes, educational sites and hospitals. Allows access for up to 2000 tag holders. Up to 4 terminals in full anti-passback mode can be supported by each Controller. Up to 16 Controllers per PC Optional security of PIN code. Supervisor lockout" feature. Timed access on each door. Has energy saving Power Control Relay. Internal transaction memory allows up to 6000 transactions to be buffered.

	Software: Full MicroSoft Windows compatible. For multi-dropped PC linked Multi-Scan IV Controllers. Allows a maximum of 16 controllers to be multi-dropped to control up to 64 doors. Allows easy system configuration and tag entry from PC. Verifies system status on start-up and request. Individual setting of normal working hours for each terminal. Data stored in Microsoft Access tables on the PC. Comprehensive data record for each tagholder. High security provided by additional use of PIN codes at specified access points. Each tagholder allocated: Access Level Period of validity for the tag Access to specific doors only Access during working hours PIN code (optional) Block editing of tags allowed for suspension, reinstatement, deletion and anti-passback direction status.
